1. What software you need to get started?

This website is for PC users only - Minimum System requirements:

• Microsoft Windows 2000/XP or later
• Microsoft Windows Media Player Version 11
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later with Active X setting switched on*
• Uncompression software (i.e. Winzip or equivalent)
• A Broadband Internet Connection
• Installed Sound Card
• Speakers / Earphones

Before you download any WMA files embedded with DRM (Digital Rights Management) please make sure you have the above installed on your computer and have the Windows Media Player set as your default* player.

*Please refer to your computer's help for instructions in changing your computer's settings.

If you see this bar at the top of your browser then you will need to Active your Active X settings in order to listen to files on this website. Simply click on the bar and when promoted click the Run ActiveX button.

2. How to download - an illustrated guide

The following download guide relates to WMA files embedded with DRM (Digital Rights Management). Any content in an MP3 format will download and play in iTunes or any other media player on your computer because there is no DRM on the files.

Step 1: Once you have purchased your download you will be taken to the download page where you will need to activate your download in order to play it. To do this simply click the "Activate Download" button once and wait for the webpage to refresh. The button will then change to "Download Now".

Step 2: Once your download is activated you are ready to download to your personal computer. Simply click on the "Download Now" button (again this process may a few seconds so please only click this button once).

Step 3: A pop-up window will appear and ask you if you'd like to Open or Save the folder containing your audiobook. Choose "Save".

Step 4: You will be asked to save the folder somewhere on your computer. We recommend saving it to your desktop, this way it will be easier to find later.   Once you have chosen your location simply click the save button.

Step 5: The download of your product will now begin. Details of your download, including the length of time the download will take and how much of the folder has been downloaded will be displayed on screen.

Step 6: Once the download is completed and the folder is saved onto your desktop, simply double click the folder to open it.

Step 7: Once the folder is opened you will need to extract the files in order to play them. To do this simply click on "Extract All Files" located in the top left hand side of the folder.  

Step 8: An extraction wizard opens, follow the extraction wizard and then click "Finish".

Step 9: The extracted folder is now on your desktop and is ready to use. Double click on the extracted folder to open it.

Step 10: Simple click on "Play All' located at the top left hand side of the folder and the files will begin to play in Windows media player
