The following guide relates to WMA files embedded with DRM. MP3 files can transferred
to any portable digital music player.
Before you attempt to sync to your portable media player, please make sure you have Windows Media Player 11 installed on your computer and that your portable media player is compatible with Windows Media player files.
How to transfer your audiobook to a portable Media Player
Step 1: Open the folder containing your audiobook and click on "Play All" located at the top left hand side of the folder. The files will begin to play in Windows Media player.

Step 2: Once Windows Media Player is open and the files are playing on your computer, click on the "Now Playing" tab located on the upper left hand side of player. This will display each chapter in your audiobook.

Step 3: To transfer the audiobook to your portable media device, click the "Sync" tab on the top row of the player while the audiobook is still playing. Highlight all of the chapters in your audiobook by clicking and dragging the mouse over the files while keeping the left mouse button depressed

Step 4: Next drag all of the highlighted chapters into the sync list area located into the right hand side of Windows Media Player. Then simply connect your portable media player, wait for it to be recognized by Windows Media Player and click the "Start Sync". The audiobook files will then be transferred to your portable media player.

You will need to burn WMA files embedded with DRM to CD in order to transfer
them to your iPod.
